MOSCOW. May 7 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian state railway company Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways, or UZ) has lifted two temporary restrictions on transporting fats, pulps, and animal feed to Poland through the Ukrainian station of Izov, Ukrainian media reported.

UZ has lifted restrictions on the transportation of animal and vegetable fats and oils, ready edible fats, and animal and vegetable waxes in carriages of all types to all recipients, as follows from a statement on the company's website. The restrictions were in effect from April 29 through May 6.

It also lifted restrictions on shipping food industry waste and residues and ready animal feeds to the Polish stations of Hrubieszow, Szczebrzeszyn, and Wola Baranowska through the Izov crossing, which were in effect during the same period.

Temporary restrictions on shipping compound animal feed via the Izov station, which came into effect on April 30, have also been lifted.

UZ had previously imposed temporary restrictions on shipments to Poland via Izov.
