Robb Misso, CEO of Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions Announces Partnership with Share the Will for the Holiday Season

Robb Misso has announced that DMS will once again partner with Share the Will to support veterans and families in need during the coming holiday season.

AUSTIN, TEXAS, UNITED STATES , December 11, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Robb Misso, founder, and CEO of Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions in Austin, Texas, has announced that the company will once again partner with Texas-based charity Share the Will to support veterans and families in need during the coming holiday season. It's become an annual tradition with both organizations.

From the heart of Austin to surrounding communities, people from different regions of the country are relocating to Texas in droves. The Central Texas area has a great sense of pride and connection with its community, especially to our country's service people. With rapid growth comes growing pains, though. Through his involvement in more than a dozen nonprofits and social groups, Will Williams recognized an excellent opportunity for stewardship to our fellow neighbors. By creating an organization that could bridge the efforts of local groups to individuals in need of assistance, Share the Will was born.

Will Williams has been an outstanding figure in Central Texas charitable outreach, enriching the lives of thousands of veterans and families in need of assistance. He spoke about their relationship with DMS, saying, "We've been working together for about three years. They are completely involved. We passed out 30 scholarships this past year for technical schools. Then we wanted to go a little bit farther, and DMS wanted to sponsor the scholarships that we gave to disabled veterans. These scholarships were named after a fallen hero, and given to a disabled veteran. And then DMS went as far as to name their conference room after one of our fallen heroes. DMS is one of our great partners. They are the oldest and best partner that we have. They have always been there.”

This Thanksgiving, DMS joined in a feast sponsored by Share the Will with employees volunteering to serve food to families for the entire day. The company also celebrates the spirit of the season each year by sponsoring families for Christmas, often exceeding their own expectations. Last year DMS set a goal of helping 12 families, but in the end, they wound up helping almost 30, entirely with items donated by company employees, including Christmas gifts for the children, food, clothing, household goods, and other necessities.

DMS leaders also cherish their partnership with Share the Will. CEO Robb Misso remarked, "Share the Will is one of the best organizations, we partner with. Will Williams is doing incredible work in our community; any chance we get our team supports what he is doing to help the families in need. It is very satisfying to know we are supporting families of fallen soldiers, veterans that are homeless, and primarily people who have faced the most challenging issues in their lives. We're giving them a hand to help them up. Usually, the holidays can be the most difficult time of year when you are struggling. Share the Will is giving people an opportunity to see there are good people out there, we're all a community, and we all care about each other."

Mr. Misso built the DMS model with workers in mind. By creating a positive company culture that empowers employees both inside and outside the workplace, Mr. Misso has become widely recognized for his compassionate and solutions-oriented leadership. Both at work and outside the office, Mr. Misso is dedicated to giving back. The recipient of Austin’s 2018 “Recognize Good Award,” he is on the executive committee of the American Heart Association and has spearheaded several partnerships between DMS and various charitable organizations.

DMS Chief Culture Officer Crystalee Modica added, "None of this can be successful unless you have buy-in from everyone. It's easier to just write a check; it's much more difficult and more rewarding to have the entire team get behind the initiative. We had entire departments use the opportunity as a chance to connect as a team. One department got together and went shopping for bicycles. It is incredible to see all of us come together; reach into our hearts and our pockets to change someone else's life. The families that we support see the comradery and then, in turn, want to get involved."

We invite you on this journey as we spread and share goodwill with our neighbors in need throughout Central Texas. Volunteers and resources make the most significant impact in our community. Share the Will is a place where community members can come to make a difference.
